We believe firmly in competitions as a way to encourage writers (a) to put pen to paper, and (b) to believe in themselves. Practice of your profession is essential, and this is one way to get people writing with purpose. Many people also love the challenge, and it drives them to produce material they might not otherwise have explored.

Rose & Crown NEW NOVEL Competition:
Our new imprint, Rose & Crown Books, is running a competition for Inspirational Romance novels. Open to anyone around the world, with prizes and publication for winners!

Sunpenny YOUNG WRITERS Competition
We are delighted to announce our first children's writing competition! Please note: this competition is for all writers up to and including the age of 14 at 31st May 2008.

Sunpenny NEW WRITERS Competition
Specially for less experienced writers, to give all a fair chance of winning.

Sunpenny OPEN Short Story Competition
Our Open competition is just that - open to all genres (within our guidelines) - give it a try!

Sunpenny CHRISTIAN WRITERS Competition
Christian fiction is an under-utilized tool that can reach out, uplift and/or guide. It plants seeds; it waters; it nurtures, if properly used. At Sunpenny, we want in on that!
